This Return & Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Crimbox, operated by DIGIBROOD (DIGIBROOD, 22, DEB KAMINI DEBI LANE, KOLKATA, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, 700076). Because Crimbox is a digital software service rather than a physical product, the usual concept of returns does not apply; this policy explains when fees may or may not be refunded.
1. Try before you pay
We offer a free trial so you can fully evaluate Crimbox before paying. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm the product fits your needs.
2. Subscription fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or yearly). Once a billing period has started and the service has been made available to you, the fee for that period is generally non-refundable, including for partially used periods.
3. Messaging & AI credits
Charges for WhatsApp conversations (billed by Meta) and any AI credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable, as these reflect real third-party and compute costs already incurred.
4. Billing errors & duplicate charges
If you are charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we will investigate and refund any verified incorrect charge.
5. Service failure
If a confirmed fault on our side prevents you from using the Service for a prolonged period and we are unable to resolve it, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your registered email address with your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback; raising a chargeback without first contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while the matter is reviewed.
