Cancellation Policy
Last updated June 2026
This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your Crimbox subscription and what happens afterwards. Crimbox is operated by DIGIBROOD (DIGIBROOD, Kolkata, West Bengal, India).
1. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under billing settings, or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address. There is no cancellation fee.
2. When cancellation takes effect
When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not auto-renew after that, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide refunds for the remaining part of a paid period (see our Return & Refund Policy).
3. Auto-renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from billing settings.
4. Your data after cancellation
After your paid period ends, your account moves to a limited or read-only state. You will have a window to export your data (contacts, deals, invoices and other records). After that window, your data may be permanently deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. Please export anything you need before cancelling.
5. WhatsApp number & integrations
On cancellation, messaging and integration features are disabled. Any WhatsApp Business number connected through Crimbox should be migrated or disconnected as needed; charges from Meta are governed by your arrangement with Meta.
6. Downgrading instead of cancelling
If you only need fewer features, you can downgrade to a lower plan instead of cancelling, so you keep your data and account active.
7. Reactivating
You can reactivate a cancelled account by signing in and choosing a plan again, provided your data is still within the retention window.
8. Contact
For help with cancelling, email [email protected] or write to DIGIBROOD, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
