Crimbox is a tool you use to manage your own customers. For the personal data of your customers that you store in Crimbox, you are the data controller/fiduciary and DIGIBROOD acts as a processor on your behalf, handling that data only to provide the service and according to your instructions.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run Crimbox — for example hosting, content delivery, payment processing, email delivery and the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). They may process data only as needed to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Your data may be processed on servers located in or outside India. Where data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy.
